Senior Design logistics
Project Timeline
The project had several requirements and deliverables deadlines throughout the 2018-19 academic year both for the NASA RASC-AL competition and the Senior Design process. A summary of the execution for the LEGS prototype system can be seen below, which details the work that was done throughout each phase of the process. This includes report writing, presentations, and ordering parts for prototype construction.
Budget
For the purposes of Senior Design, the group has been given a budget of $700 for all prototyping purposes, including material procurement and assembly. The budget was refined throughout the design and prototyping phases to ensure the final assembly would be prepared for the Senior Design Exposition and function throughout the day.

Due to this planning and constant monitoring, the team only utilized 56% of their available budget. This would translate into millions of dollars saved for the full scale mission.
